1 Open the latest version of the Snapchat mobile app.
2 Go to the profile screen (Bitmoji icon in the top right corner)
3 Tap the gear icon
4 Select Username
5 Select Change Username.
6 Now, go ahead and change your username!

1 Open Snapchat and select your profile picture (Bitmoji icon in the upper-left corner)
2 Select the gear icon in the upper-right corner to go to your Settings.
3 Select Name under the ‘My Account’ section
4 Enter your new Display Name and tap ‘Save’
