Google is desperately looking for a comeback in the Smartphone segment, and this time Google is on the right track. Google Pixel 6 is going for a complete redesign this time. It includes two Variant Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro.
Last year, Google did not release a large-screen flagship smartphone, and even the latest Pixel 5 did not make it to many countries like India or UK. The latest leak by OnLeaks suggests Google is back in the game with Pixel 6.
As per the reports, Google will remove the XL moniker from its appellation and use the term ‘Pro’ for the large-screen version.
Google has completely redesigned the back and front of the Pixel 6 Pro with its dual-tone design. The Pixel 6 Pro features a 6.67-inch curved display with an AMOLED panel that has a single punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. Sadly, there is no support for a high refresh rate. The fingerprint sensor is embedded underneath the Display.
Google Pixel 6 Pro Measurement
- Roughly 163.9 x 75.8 x 8.9 millimetres
- An 11.5 millimetres thickness (including Camera Bump)
It comes with a triple camera setup on the Pixel 6 Pro, including a primary wide-angle camera, a periscope telephoto camera, and an unidentified sensor present next to the LED flash.
The Pixel 6 Pro also has dual stereo speakers with a top and bottom speaker unit, and it also supports wireless charging.
Google’s homegrown Silicon processor could power the Pixel 6 series and Chromebooks. We have no idea which chipset will be powering the Pixel 6 lineup, but we expect to know more about the phone when it get launched in the second half of 2021.
