Xiaomi Mi 11 is going to be one of the first devices powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC.
Xiaomi has revealed that the Mi 11 will come with the latest Snapdragon 888 processor after Qualcomm announced the chipset at its annual Snapdragon Summit 2020. Eventually, it means, Xiaomi Mi 11 is going to be one of the first devices ever to be powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC.
Although we have told you that Xiaomi Mi 11 will flaunt a Qualcomm Snapdragon 875, however, the successor to Snapdragon 865 will be called Snapdragon 888, not Snapdragon 875.
Xiaomi Mi11 will be the First Device to Use 1 x 2.84GHz (ARM’s new Cortex X1 core), 3 x 2.4GHz (Cortex A78), 4 x 1.8GHz (Cortex A55) along with Adreno 660 and X60 5G modem technology and will also feature WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2.
As per Xiaomi Mi 11, it could come with an Under Screen Camera Technology with a hyperboloid screen design equipped with a screen refresh rate of 90Hz, and the highest 144Hz touch sampling rate. Xiaomi Mi 11 is expected to flaunt square shape five rear camera module
Besides Xiaomi, several other smartphone manufacturers are working with Qualcomm to launch smartphones with the next generation Snapdragon 888 processor. Rumors suggest that the upcoming OnePlus 9 series will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 processor and then there is Samsung Galaxy S21.
Xiaomi could announce the Mi 11 series in the month of February although the latest processor and under-screen camera technology will shoot the price to the moon.
