iPhone 13 Finally Get Rumored features
Apple has left out many features in iPhone 12 because of battery life concerns apparently. Next year, Apple is reported to include all the features in the iPhone 13, at least two models, the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max, will support a refresh rate of 120Hz.
Apple is also expected to adopt the low-temperature polycrystalline oxide (LTPO) backplane technology. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and Z Fold 2 are the first smartphones in the industry to use this Technology.
LTPO technology allow for a variable refresh rate and hence, also solve power efficiency concerns on iPhone. Apple could also finally bring Always-On-Display to the next iPhone. The Apple Watch Series 5 already has always-on enabled
The refresh rate of the iPhone 13 could be boosted from 90Hz to 120Hz for smoother graphics in games and ultra-responsiveness. Although, Apple already uses a 120Hz display in the form of ProMotion on the iPad Pro.
What is ProMotion Display? It automatically adjusts the refresh rate on the ProMotion display according to what is being done on the screen for fluid scrolling, greater responsiveness, and smoother motion.
Next year’s iPhone will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner, which means the iPhone 13 would have both Face ID and Touch ID
