The new TVS Apache RTR 200 4V bike now comes in New Uniform

The new TVS Apache RTR 200 4V bike now comes in New Uniform and with the segment-first three riding modes – Sport, Urban and Rain. It also gets a dedicated ride mode switch which helps change the modes on the go.

The new TVS Apache bike has been introduced in an all-new Matte Blue color scheme with the same graphic decals. It also sports adjustable front suspension that is also first in the segment. This is a premium Showa suspension setup which helps the rider to choose between a comfortable or track ride.

The bike gets adjustable brakes and clutch levers with a three-step adjustment. TVS noted that these are ergonomically designed on the idea of the phalange of the center finger and canopy 5 to 95 percentile of riders.

The bike comes powered by a 197.75 cc oil-cooled engine that delivers a maximum power of 20.5 bhp at 9,000 rpm in Sport mode and 17 bhp at 7,800 rpm in Urban and Rain modes. Peak torque in Sport mode is rated at 17.25 Nm at 7,250 rpm and at 16.51 Nm at 5,750 rpm in the other modes.

TVS has somehow managed to shed 1kg of weight from the bike for a better power-to-weight ratio.

The new Apache RTR 200 4V at a tag of ₹1.31 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bookings for the new Apache RTR 200 4V have started at the company’s authorised dealerships and therefore the deliveries will commence within the next few weeks.
