The Rock is giving away a special edition of the Custom Xbox Series X with ‘Brahma Bull’ logo
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, the WWE superstar has teamed up with Microsoft to donate Custom Xbox Series X consoles to children’s hospital via a heartwarming charity campaign.
The Rock has a history with the Xbox brand ever since the first console’s launch back in 2001. The Rock and Bill Gates both working together since the Rock exchanged his trademark catchphrases standing next to Bill Gates at CES in the same year.
Microsoft and Johnson worked with the nonprofit Gamers Outreach to get the consoles to 20 children’s hospitals. Not only this but they also donated Go Karts, which are specially designed carts set up with a console, monitor, controllers and games for children who are unable to walk or leave their hospital rooms.
The Rock is giving away a special edition of the Custom Xbox Series console that has the ‘Brahma Bull’ logo to represent power, heart, strength and resilience. The console also comes with Dwayne Johnson’s personal Autograph on it and an engraved message “Keep smiling and have fun. Love, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.”
“These kids are battling through their illnesses with incredible bravery and I’m thrilled Microsoft, Gamers Outreach, and myself can provide some joy and smiles,” the actor said on Instagram. “You kids show me and the world, what real strength means. Stay strong & Keep smilin … and stuff like this will always be the best part of my fame.”
“Twenty years ago, my buddy Bill Gates and I debuted the very first ever Xbox console to the world,” he captioned while posting the Video on Instagram. “Now two decades later, I’m partnering up with Microsoft once again to launch their brand new Xbox Series X to the world.”
The Xbox Series X is Microsoft’s latest console that is currently the most powerful along with the cheapest gaming console ever but the work is done by Dwayne Johnson for Children is priceless.
