POCO C3 is a rebranded version of the Redmi 9C

POCO India has unveiled the POCO C3 smartphone as a most affordable phone from POCO series in India. In reality, POCO C3 is a rebranded version of the Redmi 9C with some minor changes.

It is made of polycarbonate body and a P2i nano-coating makes it splash-resistance. Poco C3 comes with a two-tone pattern on the back for better grip and fewer fingerprints.

Poco C3 comes with 6.53-inch waterdrop notch display with HD+ resolution of of 720 x 1600 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Underneath, you will find Helio G35 with 3GB / 4GB RAM along with 32GB / 64GB storage with SD card expansion.

As per camera department, It is equipped with Triple camera a 13-megapixel main lens with f/2.2 aperture, a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture, a 2-megapixel depth assist lens with f/2.4 aperture, and an LED flash. The  front-facing camera is of 5-megapixel.

The POCO C3 is powered by a massive battery of 5,000mAh and it support 10W charging only. It’s a 4G VoLTE phone but sadly it doesn’t support fingerprint reader, while the Redmi 9C features it on its back. Its runs on POCO Launcher and MIUI 12 based Android 10 OS.

The 3GB RAM and 4 GB RAM editions of the POCO C3 are priced at Rs 7,499 ($102) and Rs 8,999 ($125). The color variants of the smartphone are Lime Green, Arctic Blue, and Matte Black. The POCO C3 will be available from Oct. 16 through Flipkart in India
