While Xiaomi is preparing to launch a new flagship smartphone under a new brand called as “POCO” in India but Mi fans are still hoping that Xiaomi might launch its best of ever Flagship Smartphone the Mi 8 in India at a lucrative price bracket. If you are one of them who are keenly waiting for Mi 8 Flagship device then there is good news for you.

The previous Reports have claimed that India will be receiving the Poco F1 smartphone instead of the Xiaomi Mi 8 but that not the case even we have reported you that Xiaomi would launch Mi 8 in India positively.

The latest report by 91 Mobiles suggests that India will be receiving Mi 8 soon after the launch of Poco F1. The publication has also claimed the Indian arrival of the Mi 8 has been confirmed by three separate retailers in India. While there is no detail about whether Xiaomi would launch the Mi 8 in Multiple Variants or would launch it with only one variant just like Mi 5.

The Publication further stated that the Indian Variant of Mi 8 would be priced under Rs 30,000 which is hard to believe especially when the POCO F1 going to rule the market in Rs 25,000 sub-bracket. Although the date of launch is still uncertain.

There is a possibility that Xiaomi Mi 8 could be aimed towards the offline markets whereas the upcoming Poco F1 could be available toward the online platform, only to dodge the clash between these two flagship devices

The Xiaomi Mi 8 and Poco F1 comes with similar specs and design, the only difference you’ll find in the camera department, the Mi 8 has more premium Camera unit compare to Poco F1 and also the Mi 8 is blessed with a premium appeal as it features a glass rear design and Mi 8 has an AMOLED display while the Poco F1 has an LCD screen.
